    Camden District of Salisbury

The Royal Family has been a pretty hot topic in the press lately.  Queen Elizabeth II was seen driving her Range Rover in a hoodie #thuglife.  Her husband, Prince Philip, ran a young woman off of the road shortly before flipping his Range Rover into a ditch.  And, most recently, Prince Harry along with his wife, Megan and their son, Archie decided to move out of the Her Majesty’s basement packing their whole life into the trunk of, you guessed it, a Range Rover. #Megxit

Ok, so I might’ve made up that last part but, none the less, if Harry and Megan can move out of their grandmother’s house, so can you.

And on that note, it’s my pleasure to introduce you to a lesser known member of the Royal Family:                                                                                             ^unknown

That’s right.  Ever since I developed a reputation for quickly selling properties in the Camden Neighborhood for top dollar, my friends have been calling me the unofficial King of Camden.  While I’m not even remotely related to any member of the Royal family, it’s still pretty cool to be the King and as such, I’m here to tell you that the Camden Neighborhood is a great place to live, invest, and visit.

Not only have property values been steadily rising for a number of years, but you’ve also got a great deal of diversity in property character and use.  The Camden Neighborhood has something for everybody. Whether you’re an investor looking for a small apartment building to add to your portfolio, a first-time homebuyer seeking a charming bungalow with yellow siding and a sea foam front door, or even a growing family in search of a stately brick colonial on a large corner lot, you’ll find your castle here.

Its close proximity to many city amenities such as Historic Downtown Salisbury (home of The National Folk Festival), Salisbury University, PRMC, the Salisbury Zoo #rawr, City Park as well as plenty of shopping and dining also lends to its desirability.

Whether you’re looking to level-up, downsize or simply want to expand your investment portfolio, give me a call at 443-235-9485 so I can find you a castle fit for a king (or queen).

    Warmly,

    James Littlefield
