expectations with results. I founded BayShore Group for a few key reasons,
but most importantly to provide the ultimate experience when buying or
selling real estate on the Delmarva Peninsula. This is why I invest my time

I founded my first team in 2018, though I've been selling real estate since
2015. I've been awarded the Salisbury Office Rookie of the Year, Coastal
Region Rookie of the Year, Chairman's Club Gold Team Member for Long &
Foster, as well as #1 in Sales Volume as an individual agent for our Long &
Foster Office in 2017 of over 50 agents. In 2018, we had the top team in the
