Education and experience are the core of my career. I graduated from Salisbury University in 2013 with a B.A. in Political Science & Applied Politics and a Minor in Marketing Management. While in college, I interned at an investment property management firm where I gained extensive knowledge of property acquisition and property management. In 2016, I decided to expand my real estate career and became a Maryland Licensed Realtor. Through my education and experience, I’ve developed excellent negotiating skills while maintaining superior client satisfaction and operating within the parameters of the law as it pertains to Real Estate. I'm a Maryland & Delaware licensed Realtor connecting my clients' goals and expectations with results. I founded BayShore Group for a few key reasons, but most importantly to provide the ultimate experience when buying or selling real estate on the Delmarva Peninsula. This is why I invest my time into developing our agents with systems and tools that support our mission. I founded my first team in 2018, though I've been selling real estate since 2015. I've been awarded the Salisbury Office Rookie of the Year, Coastal Region Rookie of the Year, Chairman's Club Gold Team Member for Long & Foster, as well as #1 in Sales Volume as an individual agent for our Long & Foster Office in 2017 of over 50 agents. In 2018, we had the top team in the office, even with just a partial year! While our growth and vision continues, we want to keep our clients #1.
